promotes responsible health practices, and enhances access to and delivery of health services. |

The Carlisle Area Health & Wellness Foundation focuses on three areas of funding which include oral health,
behavioral health and chronic disease. Efforts to address these focus areas should concentrate on prevention
and education and/or target persons who are lower income, elderly, or un/underinsured. |

Books are available for $15 at the Carlisle Regional Medical Center Gift Shop, Cumberland County Historical Society Gift Shop and CAHWF.
All proceeds from the sale of this book benefit the patient fund at Sadler Health Center.
